I am an HR professional with close to 10 years of experience in the areas of University Relations/ Campus Hiring, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Hiring, Internal/ Employee Communications, Employer Branding and Organization Restructuring. I currently lead HR for over 8500 employees at Axis Bank covering two major Business Units - Retail Operations & Wholesale Banking Operations. In this role I am responsible for overall HR strategy & delivery for the business units including talent planning & development, hiring, attrition management, internal talent mobility, among other things. Prior to this, I was leading Corporate hiring & University Relations for DealShare, a Bangalore based unicorn. In my previous role, I led non-technical hiring for India's top UPI payments organization, PhonePe (Sales, Corporate functions, Customer Experience & Operations). Prior to this, I worked with Aviva Life Insurance in multiple roles, latest being the Talent Acquisition head for all Corporate functions and lead for all Leadership Hiring across functions (AVP to CxO level). I also led the HRBP role for the largest non-sales division at Aviva and with my team, managed the entire gamut of activities for talent development, succession planning, performance management, talent mobility/ resource fluidity, organization redesign and lean teams, employee relations, among others. I also worked as Business Manager to the Chief People, Operations & Customer Services Officer at Aviva. This was a quasi business role where I worked closely with vertical heads for performance optimization, project design and implementation, driving new initiatives for better customer experience and driving targets for a P&L team. My experience of building and scaling teams, setting up new programs and driving people performance (for start-ups and large firms alike), along with a business role working with a CxO have helped build skills needed to drive business results using talent interventions.
