• Revenue attribution and services for Client (Microsoft’s Partners) related financial data.• Root Cause Analysis in CDM Client queries/requests regarding discrepancies or missing data, Data Handling, correction, modification and analysis.• Analyze the failed and partially exported files, with proper count of records effected and summarizing the total sales effected.• Data Extraction and Data Preparation for performing analysis and BI Dashboard creation based on Business Requirement.• Creating visuals and dashboard for the files under processing for every week and reporting to Microsoft.• Creating intelligent dashboards remarking MS Products Sales, CDM report processing, partner request raised to help desk and partner onboarding status, daily ops summary, Monthly Business Report, Yearly Business Report and many more.• Providing solution to business requirement.• Interact with Onshore team and attend Workshops to discuss amendments in process and planning (Skype meetings).• Data Certification on weekly basis.• Interact with Client for quality User Experience.
