Assess and evaluate sub-vendor capabilities to perform specific activities / work.Review and check all drawings and Procedure Documents and advise design engineer and quality assurance team, respectively, to incorporate changes as per client specs and/or ASME codes.Liaise with engineering/client or 3rd party inspectors/consultant to ensure approvals of drawings and relevant procedures comply with ISO and ASME code requirements.Expedite, monitor and track all Project documents’ submission, review and approve to ensure turnaround time with Client is observed and avoid delay in Project manufacturing schedule.Ensure only latest-revision Approved for Construction (AFC) drawings and Procedural documents are being used at site/shop and liaise with construction team on all fabrication matters.Prepare project reports periodically for management and client’s review.Ensure projects maintained within company approved budget and policies.Ensure compliance to all requirements of Purchase Order/Client Specifications by construction team before, during and after fabrication.Monitor and track material ordering and delivery.Ensure all Non-Conformance Reports and Punch Lists are closed before Manufacturing Data Records (MDRs) are compiled. Coordinate and manage Design Engineers and QC personnel on these matters.
