Position as Engineer in Kiswire Production System Team (KPS) at Kiswire Cord Sdn Bhd

Kiswire is South Korean company, a world producer of steel wire and rope.• Investigate and resolve issues focusing on product quality. • Work closely with R&D and QC team to resolve high priority issues.• Supporting Production team to increase production value.• Performing quality control on all projects, writing reports and making recommendations for improvement.

Exposure on marine diesel engine and involved in maintenance, service, and repair diesel engines. Carried out inspection (NDT). Analyze and troubleshoot the problems in diesel engine.• Major overhaul (Main & Auxiliary Engine).• Service and repair cylinder head, fuel pump and fuel injector.• Conduct dye penetrant test on critical engine parts to detect crack (cylinder head, piston, connecting rod, gear, etc).• Perform calibration tests to check components clearances.• Conduct pressure tests on cylinder head.• Help in troubleshooting mechanical problems.• Sharing ideas to create new special tools to remove and install components.• Submit a job/service report.Job involved :1. Major overhaul main engine Star Bright vessel.2. Major overhaul main engine Orkim Victory, Orkim Triumph vessel3. Major overhaul auxiliary engine LNG Hyundai Utopia vessel4. Major overhaul main and auxiliary engine JM Sutera 6 vessel

Training in electrical field as Contractor Electrical. Involved in one-phase and three-phase electrical wiring systems. • To design, install, repair and maintenance of residential home and building wiring systems.• To troubleshooting and repair electrical problems.• Able to read electrical drawings.• Able to use a multimeter.
