• Assists Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions• Responsible for overseeing all of the restaurant's operations, which includes hiring and firing staff, purchasing food, supplies, dealing with suppliers and vendors• Ensures Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met• Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards• Assists in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members and has authority to hire and fire (or participate in those decisions)• Performs all other responsibilities assigned by business owner

- Ensures Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met- Prepare all served food, making dough and shaping it- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances- Ensures company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained by using a preventative maintenance program- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently- Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
