Involve in Projects :i. WebFitasii. Supplier Chain Management (SCM)iii. WFIAchievement :Involved with OCBC Bank projects which are WebFitas, WFI and Supplier Chain Management (SCM). Successfully deliver project WebFitas for Go Live by stages. Project was handed over to OCBC Bank as perscheduled.Work Description:i. Develop and involve in writing Test Document for testing session such as Test Case and Test Script reviewing any requirement document provided.ii. Responsible to conduct and preparing manual testing process which is Internal FunctionalTesting (IFT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing.iii. Compliance to STLC, SDLC and Agile Method project practice.iv. Worked closely with business and developers in bug triage and ensuring closure of bugs and communicated the bug status and test case coverage status on a dailybasis.v. Support system in production and responsible to regress ticket or any change request raise in production.vi. Doing the bug reporting in HP ALM (Application Life Cycle Management) & JIRA Software. Communicate with developer on bugs within email and update the information related tothe bugs in HP ALM & JIRA.

Project was handed over to Malaysian Royal Custom Department ahead as per scheduled.Work Description:i. Develop and involve in writing Test Document for testing session such as Test Case, Test Script, and Test Scenario by reviewing any requirement document provided.ii. Responsible to conduct and preparing testing process which is Internal Functional Testing (IFT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Provisional Acceptance Testing (PAT), Final Acceptance Testing (FAT) and RegressionTesting.iii. Compliance to STLC, SDLC and Agile Method project practice.iv. Worked closely with business and developers in bug triage and ensuring closure of bugs and communicated the bug status and test case coverage status on a daily basis.v. Support system in production and responsible to regress ticket or any change request raise in production.vi. Doing the bug reporting in TFS. Involved in UAT and travelled to Pahang, Pulau Pinang and Sarawak to support Distributors. Connect and set up hardware.4. Collect and send testing daily reports.
