Placing order to supplier to procure material in terms of quality and price. Handling the end to end shipment independently.Procuring Environment Protection Council (EPC) Certificate online and offline from Ministry of Environment Qatar for the Import of Material from the outside world.Coordination with the Supplier starting from the Point of placing order and going on with the shipment documentation vetting until the dispatch of material from origin.Arranging necessary formalities in the form of finalizing economic Freight Forwarder and clearing agent for the clearance of material in Qatar.Providing all supporting documents timely to clear the consignment just to prevent any Demurrage or storage charges.Arranging Economic Transportation (Logistics) to deliver the material from Port to Warehouse.Supporting and acting as a main part of warehouse to keep the track of all material, Stoc/Inventory level, Track of in and out items from the warehouse.Dealing with the Local customer to deliver their material day. Preparing Invoices and Delivery Notes and other documents to deliver the material to their doorstep on time.Submitting the documents to Account/Finance documents for processing the payment from customer timely.Scrutinizing the Bills of Custom Clearing agent and arrange to submit in the finance department for their timely payment.Submission of Stock level or detail to the finance team.Information to concerned department for the procurement of material if their stock is going down.All other operational works as on requirement.
