• Design of HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting system• Design of Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation and Smoke Management Systems based local (Estidama, ADIECC, ADCD) and international Standards (ASHRAE, IMC, NFPA, HTM etc.)• Design of Water supply, Sewer Drain and storm design based on ADSSC, ADDC,AADC, ADM, ASPE and UPC codes and standards.• Design of Infrastructure utilities for Abu Dhabi based on ADM infra design manual and online design tool.• Design of LPG, NG & SNG Gases System based on ADNOC and ADCD regulations.• Design of Medical gases as per HTM and MOH requirements.• Issuing design documents including, Design basis report, BOQ, Specifications, Vendor list etc..• Coordinating with client regarding various aspects of design and CRS follow ups.• Responding to contractor RFIs, Material Submittal, Specification compliance etc. • Joining with commissioning team during testing and commissioning stage for QA/QC, Documentation and issuing NCRs.

• Installation of heavy equipment like Chilled Water Pump, Heat Exchangers, AHU’S etc.• Familiar with VRF systems including installation of IDUs and ODUs, welding of copper pipes, pressure testing, commissioning,• Design of HVAC systems including heat load calculation, duct sizing, and pipe sizing• Quality Control and Quality Assurance as per client specifications• Chemical Flushing for Chilled Water System.• Plant Room Operation and Maintenance.• Quantity Take Off & Procurement• Supervising the Erection of G.I Ducting for AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs and Makeup air Fans withAccessories • Evaluating drawing and providing information to Contractors and Site Personnel.• Ensuring the quality & complying the client specification.• Site Co-Ordination with other services.• Checking and Certifying Bills of Contractors.• Maintenance of the HVAC Systems & Troubleshooting.
