They inform and solve clients’ issues reported by phone or email, transmission task such as Submarine System and Backhaul and manage general administrative work. • Troubleshooting 1st and 2nd level by providing assistance, information and support to clients. • Assisting in provisioning of circuits such as provisioning, commissioning and laying of fiber patch cord (LC, SC and FC connector) from Backhaul cross connect/ODF to DWDM equipment via AAG and SJC cable system.• End-to-end test of customer circuits using test gears. • Replacement of faulty transmission cards/fibers.• Assisting Service Delivery in activation/deactivation of circuits and change requests.• Responsible for security access into Cable Station.• Creating and maintaining customer/technical documentations.
