Responsible for  Handling Payroll and Non-payroll activities and also the escalations. I am assisting clients to meet their Service Level by doing analysis by looking at their trend on performance metric, handling Internal and Client calls, maintaining team and individual Timeliness score @ 100%.I endure to be a part of a Quality Audit team, auditing reports for the end users to ensure the 100% accuracy and arrest the errors. I am keeping Accuracy @100% on all the reports being delivered to client and internal management and created back up within the Team to ensure no impacts on the deliverables (Reports) in any one absence. I am also accountable for sending Active status report to MIS for releasing the sales incentives, sitting with auditor every month to explain & solve the queries raised by him and Maintaining the Timeliness and accuracy on the delivered reports. I am a Single Point of contact for the Top Management team for the critical assignments.

Handled Payroll Activities manully.Maintaining the Employee record like compensation structure, attendance , Monthly payout details , leave records etc. for >1000 employees manually in MS Office excel.Providing the Payout details to FInance team for the salary release.Handled queries with ragards to payroll and ensuring the audit department to realse the payment without any hassle.Also Provided support to the Recruitment team for recruting employees.

Preparation of daily , weekly and Monthly Business Transaction report.Feeding the Transaction details with regards to the transportaion of goods in the Oracle Database tool.

Taken care of all kind of vouchers entry in Tally 5.1Preparing Monthly Statement with regards to Business transactions.
