Role and Responsibilities • Providing excellent community support for host and guests seeking assistance under the Airbnb Host Damage Protection program.• Working closely with leadership and stakeholders to align on case strategy while working on executive escalations.• Completing clear and concise case investigation in order to drive fair and accurate outcomes.• Investigating and resolving cases involving complex damages, determining potential fraud, or brand risk, verifying facts, and determining resolutions based on internal policies.• Effectively collaborate with and monitor third party claims administrators while handling high value claims.

Roles and Responsibilities • Processing all paperwork relevant to the purchasing and receipt of goods • Monitoring and managing supplier performance• Forecasting price trends and their impact on the business• Sourcing new suppliers and finding out what they have to offer• Negotiate and agree on contracts• Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers• Forecasting the future levels of demand for products• Ensuring compliance with company purchasing guidelines and working under the budget • Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value and quality• Maintaining and developing an approved suppliers list
