The position is accountable for sales ($ 37 million value), sales volume, market share and profitability of Polyurethane Business (Rigid & Flexible Systems), acting as the key interface between the customers and ICI Pakistan from all functional perspectives.• Lead the National sales team to manage the country's sales of a diverse range of Polyurethane Chemicals (Blended Polyols, Polymeric MDI, Monomeric MDI, MDI Variants, MDI Pre-polymers, PPG, TDI & Blowing agents etc.) and reporting to Marketing Manager. The role entails managing and developing the sales team's capability to deliver, strengthening relationships with suppliers & customers with a focus on developing new alliances to grow the business further.• Lead the commercial execution of PU segment in the local market, one of the fastest growing businesses across ICI Pakistan and delivered Contribution Margin CAGR of 13% during last 05 years 2012-13 to 2017-18, however market growth CAGR of 7.5% during this period and sustain ICI market share of 44% at market leadership position. • Managing the distribution of leading global chemicals suppliers such as Wanhua Chemical Group and Huntsman Corporation etc.. These principles are amongst the key suppliers and strategic partners across the Polyurethane segments.• Work closing with the Legal department for Polyurethane Business Regulatory affairs. • Communicate all prospective customers need that require technical development work to the concern technical team.• Establish safety stocks & prioritize the sequence of production batches with Supply Chain and Manufacturing groups• Defining pricing and negotiation strategies, alignment to meet business targets while trying to avoid competition penetration.• Debtors, Slob and OWC Management. • Manage ICI's relationship with key accounts to maintain current supply position, uncover new opportunities for additional sales, and to monitor competition activities and market dynamics.
