• Support the Director Academic Programs and Program Associate - Academics in designing the structure of the graduate and undergraduate academic program and setting departmental goals.• Develop proposals and curricular outlines for new academic programs at SOE.• Maintain regular liaison with university departments including the Office of the Registrar, Library, IST, and other academic departments at LUMS to ensure that SOE fulfils its responsibilities as a course offering department.• Handle scheduling of SOE’s academic calendar including students’ weekly class schedule; maintain SOE’s faculty calendar.• Assist in the hiring of academic positions at SOE.• Coordinate scheduling of class venues with SOE and RO as per faculty requirements.• Centralize all academic affairs at SOE and manage communication of various university policies and timelines to SOE faculty, staff and students.
