The area of responsibilities include leading the Future Programmes from concept (KO) to Programme Start (PS) phase and then successfully handing it over to program team for post PS activities.We receive the program from Business and Architecture team. After understanding it we communicate the features/contents that requires electrical actions to core electrical functions i.e. Body Electronics, EDS, Network Architecture, Power Generation, Infotainment, Switchgear, Driver Information, Climate Control, ADAS and Chassis Electronics and support electrical functions i.e.. Advance Electrical Engineering, Integration Programmes, RFT Launch and diagnostic, Software and Hardware and Package and facilitate them to develop technical and financial feasibilities. Once the input has been compiled they are conveyed back to Business and Architecture and Program Management, Vehicle Engineering and Finance for homogeneous approach on assumptions.Achievement of target involves following activities:• Understanding the programme content • Preparing one pagers (32 system one-pager) for each electrical systems • High level investments (D&D and Tooling) & Resource heads required for identified electrical input in program • Cost Analysis activity to determine the piece costs & weights• Preparing investments/resource tracking document for FC • Scrutinizing Architecture/ Network Topology Diagram• Supporting Tech-review meetings, Manufacturing deep-dives with programme change contents • Presenting programme status, progress & any issues/help required at Senior Management reviews• Updating Master PPFeas with programme team • Supporting Forward Programme/SM Area review meetings• Interacting with all SM areas on day-to-day / need basis for status confirmation & agreements • All above activities will be repeated for each gateways • Preparation of final Electrical Hand-over/ Transition pack with all above info according to the template guidelines

• Handling procurement of Local / International equipment / material for Retail Outlets in coordination with Procurement and Services Department from establishment/ amendment of Technical Specifications till the inspection of equipment at sites. • Manage Capital Budget Status of Rs. 1 billion for the construction and bulk procurement for Gasoline Stations and present to Stewardship Team and Management Committee meetings.• Provide nominations for training events according to calendar provided by Training and Organizational Department and identify the technical trainings according to requirement of department and coordinate with T&OD for approval of the same.• Preparation of budget estimates of New Retail Station Developments and initialization of approval notes.
