PROJECT : The Headquarters of the Air Force CommandThe Project includes more than 60 buildings, such as administrative offices and headquarters, various health and leisure facilities (such as swimming pools, a football stadium, a shooting range, saunas, hammams, medical clinics, a school, etc.), as well as a residential zone, offering comprehensive living and recreational amenities designed to meet the needs of personnel and their families.MAINS MISSIONSDESIGN:● Execution & layout plans (skirting, ceilings, walls, structural details)● Analyze technical/contractual documents for risks & feasibility● Ensure compliance with international standards & site execution● Submit plans to control authorities (studies/CTC/Project owner)● Calculate quantities for material procurement● Establish AS-BUILT plans for project delivery● Negotiate material acceptance & manage costsPURCHASE:● Procurement & on-site storage management● Conduct market studies, supplier prospection, and cost management● Build a local supplier database (cost, quality, responsiveness)● Develop technical data sheets for materials & ensure approval● Manage supplier contracts, financial documents, and paymentsSITE WORK:● Create task lists & schedules aligned with project timelines● Site supervision & subcontractor monitoring● Ensure quality control & achieve work acceptance● Coordinate with Project Owner & resolve technical issues

PROJECTS :- 1021 Housing Unit for the State's LPP Program - RAHMANIA , Algiers- 7000 Housing Unit for the State's AADL Program - DOUERA , Algiers- 1800 Housing Unit for the State's AADL Program - SOUIDANIA , AlgiersThe construction of 12,400 housing units in Algiers as part of LPP and AADL state's programs is a major step towards addressing the housing needs in the capital. These projects, entrusted to international companies such as the Turkish company Atlas and the Chinese company CSCEC, highlight the scope of international cooperation in Algeria's construction sector.The distribution of housing across multiple sites, notably Baba Hassen and Douera, allows for better management of urban expansion while creating necessary public infrastructures, such as schools, to support these new communities.As an Architect with the Quality Control (QC) Office, I had to ensure that all work meets required standards and specifications. Developping a QC plan, inspecting materials and workmanship, conducting tests, and ensuring compliance with regulations. I also handled site inspections, managed defects or non-conformities, maintained detailed records, and coordinated with stakeholders. MAINS MISSIONS :____________________1) Site Monitoring : ● Oversee site operations and ensure the proper execution of secondary trades.2) Reporting & Follow-up:● Prepare and update progress reports, ensuring the construction rate is tracked efficiently.3) Work Acceptance Protocol: ● Act as the Project Owner's representative, organizing the work acceptance process.4) Commissioning: ● Ensure all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and housing equipment undergo necessary commissioning tests.5) Coordination & Meetings:● Facilitate meetings with project representatives and collaborate to find optimal technical solutions for on-site issues.

PROJECT : ALGERIA GULF BANK HEADQUARTERSMAINS MISSIONS :____________________1) Drafting and Modeling for MEP Plans :● Assist in creating detailed MEP designs and models to ensure optimal system performance and compliance with project standards.2) Design Adaptation and Site-Based Remodeling :● Assess executional plans and modify designs as needed to overcome site-specific challenges and obstacles, ensuring seamless installation and integration.3) Coordination Across Project Stakeholders :● Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to align MEP work with the overall project schedule and requirements, ensuring effective collaboration and timely resolution of any conflicts.4) MEP Site Supervision and AS-BUILT Documentation :● Supervise the ongoing MEP work on-site, ensuring compliance with the approved plans and specifications. Prepare and update "as-built" drawings to reflect any changes made during the construction process.
