• Working mainly Back of House and sometimes covering front of House when needed, serving customers on till, processing food and drink orders.• Following and carrying out the correct procedure when opening and closing the bakery, following food safety and health and safety procedures• Preparing food according to the recipe, using equipment in appropriate manner, monitoring inventory for bakery, ordering supplies and stock.
