Contributed to academic research, published in reputable journals, and presented a novel solution for CQM tracking at Epic XGM in 2021. Some projects included:• Lead architect of OHSU Health’s COVID-19 Data Analytics Hub in Tableau with 20 dashboards built for automated information sharing with organization leaders, community and staff on COVID-19 cases, mortalities, and hospitalizations. The Analytics Hub enabled the organization to monitor key metrics for COVID-19 infection activity and track usage of COVID-19 tools like symptom checker and Hotline. The Hub presented analysis of the impact of Telehealth services, mobile testing sites, OHSU Health’s efforts for COVID-19 vaccination and equitable distribution of monoclonal antibody treatments. The Analytics Hub provided a single source of standardized reporting for the organization. The data was shared daily across the enterprise, and supported media requests, reporting obligations, and community awareness campaigns by OHSU Health.• Lead architect on delivering automated HEDIS Payer Feed solution for reporting on HEDIS quality measures. This solution replaced weeks of tedious manual chart abstractions with a flexible, expandable,and robust automated process compliant with OHSU’s minimum necessary data sharing standards to meet contractual obligations with certain contracts.• Provided subject matter expertise on various population health initiatives for supporting OHSU Health services for complex specialized reporting needs and functioned as liaison between population health and other departments for collaboration and research opportunities.

Developed interactive visualizations in Tableau and Webi to monitor multiple projects including the risk adjudication progress, claims data integration and HCC documentation improvement efforts at OHSU to find opportunities for increasing reimbursements.
