As a sales representative staff of the Medical Department i was responsible of preparing Documents for Insurers these documents would also include exemption documents , addition and deletion of employees from company and Documents relating to the Government of the Kingdom , In this tenure i learnt a lot on how team work plays a major role in the accomplishment of a particular work

As a Business Development Associate, I am expected to bring in New Business In any form and Maintain a clear report on how much the incoming business contributes to the Net Profit of the Organization, Also responsible for Promoting and Advertising the organization through Linkedin and other Social Media Platforms, Responsible of keeping count of inquiries falling in the CRM portal which May get converted to potential Business which involves Calling customers who are in need of HRMS solution.

As a trainee, I was expected to deal with the front desk customers which helped me to learn on how to face customers without any hesitation and the attribute of dealing with customers and having a good relationship with customers, and attracting new customers is part of expanding the business

As a marketing Intern, we were assigned a Project(Cavin Kare Chinnikrishnan Innovation Award) that needed publicity and marketing not just to the common public but also to people who were part of doing Social Work During the Covid Pandemic, Tasks were allocated where interns were asked to select and Nominate Social workers and organization around Tamil Nadu who were part of doing social work for the society.
