• Business-to-business sales professionals responsible for selling RICOH Gestetner’s full line of office solutions including high speed digital copiers/printers, full color copiers/printers, duplicators, facsimiles, document imaging, and document management solutions to end users in a defined territory. Checking the stock regularly and updating to purchase and warehouse departments• Identifying opportunities for RICOH Production Printers for commercial short run and variable data printing. • Identifying revenue opportunities from both existing and new clients through structuring strategic proposals, negotiating business terms & conditions and closing the deals.• Detailed study of customer’s present document management scenario and highlighting the areas where they can reduce cost by comparative study of present and proposed AMC, MPS plans and implementing the same to help the customers to reduce cost.• Work with clients to understand and identify their strategic vision, objectives and needs while aligning our products and services where business opportunities exist.• Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal cycle and close the deal within the stipulated period by creating a win win situation.• Provide pre/post sales support, demonstrate solution offering, perform business analysis and write business solutions proposals.• Maintain the Business Development databases, build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and colleagues.• Support marketing activities, including trade/ scientific shows, mailings, etc.• Ensure that all customers and prospects are receiving regular and useful updates on solutions and industry relevant communications.• To be the edge of selling Brother MFPs, Lexmark MFPs, Panasonic Scanners, CardScan Executive and Laserfiche Document Management solutions apart from RICOH Gestetner products.
