• Grouping of email accounts in accordance with service / type.• Migration the email accounts from the domino system to Microsoft exchange 2007.• Explain to the user of an email exchange system, and provide guidance after migration.• Provide email migration report to IT division.

• Provide a report on the implementation process in the branches to the central office.• Ensure that the implementation went well before use by the user.• Report the problems to the engineer team if there is a crucial problem.
