Registered architect with 9+ years of post qualification experience in designing workplace interiors and residential architecture. Collaborating directly with principal architects, I have gained intensive knowledge in concept design, space planning, planning codes, construction drawings, FF&E, materials, specifications and budgets.Lead the team of junior architects and trained them in construction details and software while reporting to the principal about the progress and got excellent feedback for timely delivery. During the construction phase, I worked closely with consultants, project managers, contractors and vendors which helped me to understand roles and responsibilities of individual stakeholders and the whole dynamics of execution at site. Delivered 11 workplace interiors and 5 luxury residences from concept to project completion. Expert level proficiency in major design tools such as Revit architecture, Autocad, Photoshop, V-ray, Enscape and working knowledge of rhinoceros, Indesign.
