This includes being the key liaison between sales,marketing, product development and supply chain; inspiring the sales team; driving sales; and reviewing eachrange quarterly by collating sales and orders and deciding on plans to grow ranges.Duties entailed:Assist Supply Chain with demand forecasting every month- Constantly monitor stock levels to ensure they stay at model stock levels- Developing strategies to move slow selling lines and working with sales to ensure action is taken & stock levels are reduced accordinglyCollating Marketing material to help Sales / Redistributors get further sales (e.g. rebates / incentives / sample packs / kits / kickbacks /catalogues / emailers)- Developing & executing marketing plans for new launches- Devising merchandising plans and POS support- When relevant, managing sponsorship campaigns to ensure maximum value is achievedTrack the daily sales & identifying corrective action immediately- Spend time in regions with the sales staff / customer in order to inspire & support them in driving further sales- Product immersion & trainingWorking with Product Development on range extensions ; range evolution & new launches- Understanding standard costs, pricing & margins to maintain market competitiveness
