Past clients have seen tremendous increase in their bottom-line results driven by a sound organizational culture.Through recent culture change engagements led by Faizal:• A Development Company attributed Faizal's intervention in enabling a project team to save approximately USD 20 million. Through the culture change process, the organization as a whole collectively agreed on a single working culture. This gave rise to increased commitment and accountability across all levels and departments.• A Bank's overall revenue doubled within a year of Faizal's intervention. No new products, services or people were brought into the organization. The doubling in revenue was a result of increased coordination between Head Office/Branches and between Branches. Silos were removed by resolving legacy conflicts based on 'what is right' thus allowing for quick decisions through open-communication and collective commitment. • A Development Financial Institution (DFI) brought Faizal and his team in as a precursor to their 5 year transformation plan. This laid a solid foundation built on sound values and expected standards of performance towards achieving their strategic transformation initiatives. After a two-year engagement, the DFI grew to almost double its size and successfully revamped their core banking system enabling them to turn a profit after 4 consecutive years of losses.A typical organization has 1,000 employees.
