Installation of All MV and LV equipments which includes 13.8 KV % 4.16 KV Switchgears and ATS, Panels Boards etcMonitor, execute work plan and Coordinate Vendor & Client during commissioning activities as per SAES (Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard).• Witnessing and preparing reports for Insulation test, Ductor resistance test and HIPOT Test of medium voltage Bus bars (Injection of 30KV AC for 13.8KV Switch gears and 13 KV AC for 4.16KV switch gears for 1 minute across every phases individually and keeping other 2 phase ground& leakage current is measured), Medium voltage Circuit breakers (Vacuum Type) & Relay, CT &VT tests.• Witnessing, coordinating and preparing reports for Insulation test, Ductor resistance test and HIPOT Test of Low voltage Bus bars, relay testing, CT &VT tests, primary injection test and secondary trip unit test for circuit breakers for low voltage switch gears• Pre-commissioning coordination and preparation for 13.8KV and 4.16KV ATS (Automatic transfer switch).Test witnessed for this equipment were ,Bus bar testing, Power meter testing, Power factor test for surge arrestors,MV circuit breaker test ,CT ,VT testWorking on Exception items as per Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard of MV, LV(Switch Gears), PDU and RPP.Produce Red line drawing and submit it to design department for final as built.• Operational and functional test for all medium and low voltage switch gears.• Witnessed and coordination done for the pre-commissioning of 13.8KV Diesel generator ,test included, Winding resistance and HIPOT test (30KVDC for 30 seconds)• Pre-Commissioning of PDU (Power Distribution unit) and RPP (Remote Power Panel) to be used for IT equipments as per SAES (Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard)Engineer, Pre-commissioning and Installation.
