BASIC AREA:• Ordering of every local component required for Spare parts sales i.e. Parts, CNG kits, Lubricants, Paints and Accessories.• Estimating orders through various basis i.e. schedule maintenance, common models items, body parts (dents or repairs), engine overhaul kits, suspension parts, season effected parts, electrical parts.• Estimating order of imported child components for local and In-house parent parts assembly.• Encountered target ratios of Services and Back Orders and by achieving highest sales ever by Spare Parts dept. in 2018 and 2019.• And clearing finance dept. issues with suppliers in payment process.NEW DEVELOPMENT:• New product development for snowballing accessories revenue through market research, getting desired product with finest costs over price negotiations with different suppliers and taking management approvals to initialize their sales.• Price comparison between local (market) and genuine parts to breakup descend sales trend. • Electronic parts catalogue maintenance and timely updating for new models and prevailing product technical deviations.• Arrangement and data management of imported parts required for localization by Production Localization Department.REPORTS:• Daily reviewing back order parts, graphical reports of issuances, stock reports and finalizing reports on month end to update parent company i.e. Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan.• To departmental and divisional heads on every week regarding current actions and future plans.
