• Stock Maintain, Monitoring Receiving/Issuance and Ensure security and Safety All material in store.• Check material price and consumption increase and decrease report. • Planning about material Costing according to production Purchase Order. • Maintain bill of Material. • Dealing with customer about material quality and price.• Implement new or improved supply chain process.• Make DC, Purchase Order, Purchase Requisition Sales Order and Gate passes.• Petty cash handling and Distribute Tea Allowance.• Check all items physically in a month and Submit Audit report to manager. • Inventory Shortage Report for week/Month wise inform to Sr.Manager. • Make sure the FIFO/LIFO implementation in all store department.• Identification to ensure that the store team in managed properly.• Inserts and Tooling brand and price maintain according to save industries cost.• Manage Transportation Schedule in daily basis. • Working in ERP for create Purchase Requisition, Transfer Note, Movement journal, Sales Order, Purchase Order etc.• Daily maintain Safety and 5s.

Perform daily checks on yarn stock and track consumption to maintain accurate inventory levels.• Delegate tasks effectively to appropriate team members to ensure smooth workflow.• Collaborate with clients or employers to coordinate production activities efficiently.• Conduct material quality control inspections to ensure compliance with standards.• Prepare detailed reports on quality control findings and inventory status.
