As a dynamic and dedicated professional in the start-up ecosystem, I bring a wealth of experience in orchestrating and managing high-impact events and sessions at Catalyst GIK Incubator. My role encompasses:Coordinating the initial screening and pitching sessions for the 12th Cohort, ensuring seamless interaction between applicants and faculty members.Managing logistical details, including coordinating repairs, transport, and catering for numerous events and workshops, such as the Young Scientist Workshop and various training sessions.Overseeing arrangements for diverse programs, from 5G/6G technologies to communication skills and business strategy workshops, ensuring all aspects are meticulously planned and executed.Handling administrative tasks such as preparing notations, evaluating consultants, processing bills, and preparing advertisements to support the incubator's initiatives.Working closely with stakeholders, including vendors and ORICs, to streamline processes and enhance the overall experience for participants and judges.My goal is to drive operational excellence and contribute to the growth and success of start-ups through effective coordination and strategic planning.
