* Responsible for dispatch and operation of Domestic, Export, physician samples, tender orders.

• Timely Dispatches of Domestic Finished Goods with complete cycle of picking, sorting and checking as per sales order.• Maintain liaison with domestic team for timely dispatches from warehouse as per plan.• Ensure transit route of domestic goods by coordinating with transporters.• Efficiently receiving of finished goods for domestic from production &contractual manufacturer.• Smooth handling & receiving of Abbvie products and store goods on dedicated location as per specification of product.• Prepare Zero depot stock report and share it to distributor for stock replenishment.• Coordinate with distributor for any additional order required in case of excess sale.• To keep an eye on the coverage days of products at depots and make the planning department aware about that by confirming the availability dates & safety stock.• If product is short then check all depots and via intra transfer from depots where stock is access as compare to sale.• Prepare & update MRP file of new price stock.• Coordinate with distribution department for updating new MRP stock in system, and float new MRP information to concern DBU’s & HOD’s.• Improve & maintain check and controls in all operational activities of finished goods.• Ensure finished goods warehouse as per cGMP compliance.• Check the expiry or near expiry stock through system and initiate write off.• Conduct and manage the cyclic count activity as per plan and maintain inventory actual vs system.• Maintain Material traceability in finished goods warehouse.• Prepare order status report on daily basis and share it to strategic level.

• Monitor & execution of stock dispatch on daily basis with given protocol.• Generate Goods receiving notes (GRN's)• Inventory controlling (cyclic count) & ensure FEFO method during the dispatches.• Provide dispatch report on daily basis to distributor.• Liaison with planning department for timely availability of products for month order.• Follow up for product releasing from QA & QC department.• Liaison with transporter to arrange timely availability of transport for dispatches.• Ensure stocks accessibility for direct sale orders & generate open direct sales order report for proper execution of sock.• Responsible to maintain the record of all shipping documents in SAP.• Ensure Material traceability of Domestic finished Goods.• Ensure smooth handling & receiving of ABBVIE products.• Invoicing of all delivery challans as per decided protocols.• Improve & maintain check and control in all operational activities of domestic finished Goods.• Ensure to generate all near expiry/damaged products write-off form or insurance claim and forward to concern person.• Ensure no critical / major observations in cGMP in domestic finished goods zone.• Prepare daily order status report of distributor (Muller & Phipps) and share to higher management on daily basis.• Generate & review order status report of M&P and share to higher management on daily basis.• Generate domestic finished goods analysis report & share it to concerns.• Generate M&P depots report & share it to the distributor to replenish stock where stock is zero.• Ensure the compliance & inventory on another rented warehouse.

* Responsible for timely preparation of domestic dispatches with complete cycle of picking, checking and loading of domestic finished goods as per delivery challan & finished goods transfer note.* Generate the goods receiving note (GRN) in SAP.* 100% adherence of FEFO method during dispatches of finished goods.* Liaison with transporters to arrange timely availability of transport for dispatches.* Ensure stock availability for direct sales orders as per forecast.*Maintain Material Traceability in Domestic zone as per SOP.* Timely preparation of daily and weekly management information reports.
