Allied Bank Limited is the fifth largest commercial bank in Pakistan and is a subsidiary of Ibrahim Group. Allied Bank, with its registered Office in Lahore, is one of the largest banks within the country with over 1350 branches and ATMs. While currently working in ALLIED BANK LIMITED as BSM (Banking Services Manager), I am performing following duties: 1.      Supervision of all Banking Transaction in the system.2.      Managing account opening and completion of related formalities.3.      Correspondence with controlling offices / regulators, Account holders etc.4.      Saving and  checking of daily COB reports5.      Physical Security of the branch in accordance with the rules.6.      To ensure intimation/follow-up for arrangement and maintenance of office equipment for proper functioning.7.      Ensures   branch   reconciliation,  suspense   and   other   asset   accounts are closely monitored for liquidating Immediately and balancing of all heads of accounts8.      Joint custodian of security stationary, locker room, unrented locker keys, ATM keys, Cash Room Keys and Branch Premises Keys.9.      Coordination with Audit Teams and rectification of 100% audit observations in timely manner10.  Keeping branch’s general expenses within the budget and manages them wisely to ensure efficient cost management.11.  Ensures proper working/coordination between business and operations to facilitate business development. Any point of difference be escalated immediately to Line Management to seek guidance for taking appropriate remedial measures.12.  Addressing customer Queries/Complaints.

I passed my training of Management Trainee Officer at Allied Bank and joined Branch banking operations department in January 2020. My Job Duties here are:1.      Account Opening (Corporate A/C, Sole Proprietorship A/C & Partnership Accounts).2.      Ensure to send reminder letter for collection of undelivered cheque book and ATM card as per bank's policy.3.      Inward/Outward Clearing.4.      Intercity Clearing Collection.5.      Account Opening processing to CPU and record maintenance.6.      Posting of Online Transfer Vouchers.7.      Remittances: Issuance of CDR/PO/ABC.8.      Checking/ Calling of daily activity.9.      Monthly balancing of PO/ABC.10.  Keeper of operational files/records.11.  Other customer related services.

Comways Marketing Solutions was a call center that helped business and households getting most suitable contract for utilities. My job duties were:Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone through cold calling.Listening to the customers' needs to provide them with best quotes for electricity, Gas and Landline connections.Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.Answering customers' questions on the products.Meeting sales quotas.
