• Provide Support for Office365.• Network Management of Head Office.• Installing Operating Systems Windows 7 & 10 on Laptops.• Troubleshooting of system Hardware & Software.• Manage All 6 Regions Team of IT from Head Office.• Assisting the Assistant Manager IT with support requests. • Providing Network connectivity support.

• Installing Operating Systems Windows 7 & 10 on desktop and Laptop.• Preventive Maintenance of Network Devices, Operating Systems and Servers. • To Ensure All LAN and WAN Services are working Properly.• Monitor and Maintaining all CCTV Cameras, NVR and DVR in all Offices. Monitor Network Systems i.e. Routers, Switches, Access Points etc. • Provide Support for Office365.• Make sure that all the remote links of the OFFICE are communicated with each other properly.• Troubleshooting and Monitoring all the Network Setup in Karachi Head office and all 4 Remote Locations.• Manage end user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations.• Accounts Creation on Active Directory.• Schedule, and perform software and hardware upgrades, patches and reconfigurations.• VPN Establishment (site to site \ Remote).• MRTG Monitoring of Upstream bandwidths.• Report Directly to the Head of IT.

• Providing Help Desk IT support for Windows 7, 8.1,10 and MAC Users.• Provide Support for Office365.• Installing Operating Systems on desktop and Laptop.• Configuration and testing of any new Hardware and Software.• Manage and maintain Print Server, Print reporting according to User or Printers.• Technical Support regarding Email account, internet connectivity on Android, iPhone.• Assisting the network manager with support requests. • Ensure computer hardware is safe & complies with health and safety legislation• Management of the daily data backup.• Any other duties as assigned by Management regarding IT operation.
