As a person that is committed and full of innovation idea, I believe as I work in any organization or company, I would enjoy making adjustments that affect the demands of a department.During my time at the University, I served as Treasurer, Head of the General Affairs Department, Head of the Publicity Department, Media and Creative Member, and the Department of Discipline and Welfare. Even though I was a student, the experience in these positions had a great impact on me. Among the valuable experiences is the ability to improve understanding and self-identity in order to become a disciplined person, especially when faced with problems when carrying out projects and leading a position.Every issue and impediment should have someone willing to take chances and face them. And I am the type of person who will constantly have to deal with these issues.In terms of job experience, I have the opportunity to study and enhance my skills so that I am always ready to go forward in the group. Always come up with new ideas and thoroughly discuss everything that occurs. I also learned more about myself as a result of my work experience, and that's when I understood that I'm always looking for good modifications for a position in order to meet the company's KPI. From my own experience, every innovation that is to be implemented must analyze the advantages and negatives that will be accepted by the firm, and that it is always vital to talk in order to gain expertise from people who more experience in the company.I learnt how to communicate effectively, especially with persons in positions of authority.Finally, I believe and hope that my expertise and talents will be put to good use by company that will provide me with bright future chances.
