Serving as the strategic and executive leader to PAN-India recruiting and training team which consists of Sr. Managers, Managers, Team Leaders, Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialists and TA Specialists. Primarily responsible for Vadodara, Noida and Aligarh offices for their IT, Non-IT, US-Healthcare, US-Tech, Finance, HR, Operations, HR, Recruitment, US-HR, Inside Sales/BD hiring from Executive-Trainee till Leadership roles. Also, responsible for a team of Pre-selection training and assessment coordinators. Reporting to CEO & VP on various recruiting metrices, KPIs, Impact Analyses and several other department, team and individual performance indicators. Planning and directing intermittent improvement measures as and when necessitated.

Corporate liaison and tie-ups for the recruitment and selection of Fresh Graduate Engineers and Management students, introduced several notable corporate recruiters like HCL Technologies, American Megatrends India, Sterling Tools Limited, ERA group, Logica, Simplex Infra, to name a few. Additionally responsible for entire stages of the project of establishing and managing Central Alumni & Corporate Relations Cell right from a vague idea to conceptualization, negotiations, representations, manpower planning recruitment, selections, induction, talent development and management of fresh hires in the cell, day-to-day management of entire cell and its representative organs in 4 constituent colleges. Played a key role in MPP, Job Analysis, descriptions & specifications, recruitment, selection, induction, HR manual design, performance motivation, development and team building, designed, devised and implemented various HR tools like Job descriptions, position/role analysis formats, performance appraisal system, closely assisted the President & CEO of SGI in design and development of introductory HR manual. Led a young team in establishing and successfully managing the Corporate Relations Cell, Founder Chief-editor of “Sansmriti” SGI’s Alumni Magazine

In charge of the complete function of Human Resource Management and Development. Evaluated the processes to improve the overall process and employee morale at group owned petrol pumps and oil depots. Reduced absenteeism and tardiness by at least 25% by imparting value based training, increased productivity and service quality in the work environment and achieved 25% growth by putting in place company Manual and incentive scheme.Key team member of task force for entire gamut of project management right from DPRs formulation to managing approvals, manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and induction of new faculty and staff. Designed the candidates’ short listing tool, Employment form, Interview performance assessment format, Purchase requisition analysis, Purchase orders, identification and selection of vendors and suppliers, negotiations and agreements for labs, libraries, computer centre, furniture & fixtures etc.

Founder managing secretary of the NGO, conceptualized, developed and imparted vocational training, mainstream quality education to students and drop-out from downtrodden sections in rural Kanpur. Assisted the Society in conceptualization and establishment of new schools/projects

Actively involved in effective HR management; recruitments of Last Chance Super Markets chain in Bahrain. Key responsibility areas included; department’s planning, budgeting, target and achievement analysis, manpower planning, international recruitment budgets and procurement planning, identification, negotiations and dealings with off-shore manpower recruitment firms, coordinating manpower requirements with different department heads, branch heads, consulting labour agencies, conducting interviews; telephonic, and face to face, background checks and reference verification. Negotiating with identified candidates and supervising the offers and acceptance, also supervised as a team member the training of approx. 100 sales point operators trainings in POS operations, customer satisfaction surveys, IT enabled integration of the entire organization, annual internal stock, sales, audits and reports.

Closely worked under the direct supervision of the Executive Director in the launch project of ERDCI's new Training division. Promoted high-end IT Training Solutions and Executive Development Programs to the CXOs/Heads of organizations like DDA, CPWD, NTPC, ONGC. Was actively engaged in promotion and client engagement.
