• Perform general routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electricalrepairs, plumbing, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance which cover total 14zones of Top Glove hostel.• Comply with all safety and health regulations in daily work activity.• Assist during sport and event function organized by company.

• Supervise daily work casting of pre-stress Beam, Piling and Spun Pipe on casting yard.• Responsible to monitor quality of the product during casting Process.• Provide daily work planning in order to achieve daily production targets.

• Conduct QA inspection for IBS structure component upon arrival delivery from the supplier.• Perform tasks involving precast concrete installation including hollow-core panels, wall panels,beams, columns, and planks.• Ensures components are erected in proper order.• Run vertical and horizontal checking using a Theodolite instrument.

• Produce technical drawings based on sketches, specifications, and calculations provide byengineers using AutoCAD software.• Prepare related tender documentation.• Responsible to run an inspection on-site to ensure work is done as on drawing specification.
