Content Reviewer
Current• Recommend, plan, develop and build documentations for new business processes.• Collaboratively working with business process owners/SMEs to access capabilities and identify high-level user.• Review content including but limited images, audio, speeches, and comment on social media platforms and conduct the content quality control in English markets, make sure the contents comply with local policies, regulations and culture.• Interpret and apply relevant policies and guidelines to content by understanding the review policies and guidelines• Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. • Meticulously conduct research, assemble, and synthesize information including interpret data for accuracy.• Attentive to raise flag and report for any sensitive data that has breach terms and condition of the client.• Diligently reviews collected data that entered spreadsheet or other database and highlight any error in content if found.• Proven ability and selected to be on a special project team which focus on banking declaration to fulfill client’s necessities.• Follow attainable timeline and keep designated task & project to be completed according to schedule.• Ascertain and preserved the confidentiality of company and task documentation and communication.• Handle and manage complaints and report with respect to users and community
