I work with a team of technicians to ensure human-operated jigs are operating at full capacity. I also assign and lead projects from time to time improving machine/jig efficiency. Other tasks includes purchasing new machines to cater for increased output & machine tests before releasing to production.👉 Revamped the stock tracking system for spare parts digitally instead of pen or paper for better traceability & accountability of who & what was used.👉 Created a technician repair Google Form for technicians to fill out after finishing a maintenance/repair. The metrics were time taken, what spare parts were used, machine involved and etc. These are then visualized into a dashboard and discussed in weekly meetings to see what needs to be improved.
