Attached to Kasawari Carbon Captured & Storage Project (Jacket) as Construction Engineer. Being responsible to ensuring the completion of jacket construction as per approved schedule, within budget and with zero incident. The scope of work are not limited to the following:-• To raise service requisition for any subcontracting works related to construction by performing tender briefing for subcontractors, Technical Evaluation Criteria (TEC), Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE), and Technocom.• Reviewed feed drawing from consultant and rasied up any concern on construction perspective to create a proper construction plan.• Prepared materials readiness before the construction works started to ensure no delay after the man power mobilization.• Reviewed and planned erection sequence from Fabrication Engineering and raise any concern from construction view.• Planned fabrication area to suits erection sequence with cost and schedule effectiveness. • Prepared machinery and equipment loading for the entire project duration.• Monitored and planned lifting activities at site to ensure no wastage in using facilities during construction.• Reviewed lifting procedure prepared by Fabrication Engineering and raised up any concern in perspective of construction. • Performed routine verification to ensure smooth daily construction progress.• Ensure effeciency of subcontractor’s man power by performing daily morning meeting with their key personnal. • Prepared Job Hazards Analysis that required during construction as example, heavy lifting, trial fit, transportation, jacking, etc. • To prepare method of statement for any activities required specific procedure or method. • To create database for monitoring progress on site which can create a proper view on progress of each item and to update to client/management on current progress at site. By this, can follow up part on the item/area that can be maximizes the completion time based on our schedule.

• Managed scaffolding erection/dismantle works for Tanjung Bin Power Plant, Tanjung Bin Energy Power Plant and ATT Tanjung Bin with total RM 8 Mil project worth annually.• Planned and organized scaffolds materials and man power for daily maintenance and for plant’s shutdowns.• Controlled daily project expenses and materials requirement for plant’s maintenance and shutdown.• Prepared budgetary for shutdown expenses and for owned facilities maintenance worth RM 100k annually.• Managed claimed, invoices and orders to ensure business continuity.• Managed internal / external project’s audit.• Committee member for Environmental Management System• Overviewed, revised and managed SOP and all related document. • Planned, execute and monitor all lifting works using mobile cranes range 50t to 300t

• Established standard practises of equipment performance assessment and inspection of mechanical equipment.• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of Ground Service Equipment and Ultra Large Foam Tender as per ICAO requirement in the Standards and Recommended Practices (SARs) Annex 14.• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of building’s fire protecting system as per Bomba Malaysia requirement.• Established inventory management records for parts and consumable material.• Reviewed maintenance plan based on OPEX and CAPEX.• Reviewed and revised standard procedure for Facilities Management Department.

Project involved;• 2015 : Malikai TLP• 2014 : Kebabangan Topsides• 2013 : Tapis R Topsides, Damar Jacket, Damar Topside, F14 Jacket, F14 Topside, OSX External Turret• 2012 : Telok A/B Jackets, Tapis Q Jacket, Tapis Q Topside, Gumusut, Kinabalu Topside• Reviewed lifting plan to suit at site requirement.• Managed and lead lifting preparation as per lifting procedures.• Coordinate and verify the fitness of cranes, lifting accessories, tools and equipment prior to be used in MMHE Yards.• Established standard of inspection procedures for tools and equipment between MMHE East and MMHE West.• Liaised with JKKP/DOSH for renewal of equipment certifications of owned assets.Management• Formulated unit rate for new department’s equipment worth RM80 Mil in total asset value.• Coordinating facilities and asset services for Malikai TLP project management team.• Led and supervised Rigging and Crane Operation Team.• Joined HSE Steering Committee for Kebabangan Topside Project (Jan 2014 – June 2014).• Reviewed, revised and updated Hazard Effect Management Processes (HEMP) related to departmental activities. • Monitored and coordinated cranes movement for maximizing cranes utilization and reducing operational cost.• Liaise with project management team for man power requirement and cranes utilization.• Develop crane operations reports to ensure cranes utilization achieved more than 70% and attained RM 24 Mil. of cost saving through negotiation and implement sharing cranes.• Successful in managing approved OPEX budget and manage to recover OPEX worth RM 4.2 Mil for year 2014.• Responsible to coordinate and control 4 units of owned crawler crane reliability at 80% through implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).• Achieved 90% average of response rate for processing project’s requirement thru Service Request (SR).
