Worked as the planning manager at the Security Forces Complex in Riyadh. This project encompassed a 14 stories hospital building, residential villas, residential apartments, utility buildings, carparks, and infrastructure works. The contract value of project was 10 Billion Saudi Riyadh. The project schedule contained over 35,000 activities and I led a team of 18 skilled planning engineers in this endeavor.

- Manage the master programme for the project.- Ongoing monitoring and reporting of all programme-related activities.- Detailed review of contractor programmes.- Monitoring the planning works for conformance with project procedures.- Approving baseline and reviewing the weekly and monthly updated programmes.- Prepares monthly report and recovery plans where applicable.- Prepare and finalize weekly progress report submissions and weekly quantity reports.- Provide the Project Manager with weekly progress updates, forecast completions, together with critical path and trend analyses.- Consistent assessment of the impact of approved changes and any deviations from the key project - targets and milestones, including productivity monitoring and ‘what if’ scenarios to aid project management decision-making.- Work collaboratively with the Project Manager, Engineer and Contractor in resolving any and all project schedule issues.- Review and analyze contractor's claims and prepare recommendations reports.
