Currently, I hold the position of Senior Operations Executive at PSA Corporation Ltd, a role I have been in since 2024.Previously, I served as an Adjunct Admin Executive at the Ministry of Education starting in 2020, supporting various schools under its jurisdiction.With over eight years of experience as an Admin Executive, I have honed skills in data logging, customer service, and additional responsibilities such as planning and executing programs and classes in collaboration with teachers, specifically within the Physical Education department.In a role similar to my position at the Ministry of Education, I was a Senior School Programme Executive at AJI International Pte Ltd, which was subcontracted by the Ministry of Education. In this capacity, I was part of a team that was later absorbed by the Ministry, where our roles evolved into Admin Executives.Drawing from my experiences with current and previous employers, I have developed expertise in general work management, data handling, customer service, class planning and execution in collaboration with teachers, and interaction with vendors, coaches, and students.I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Physical Education Management from the Singapore University of Social Sciences, which I completed in 2023. Prior to my academic pursuits, I completed my National Service in the Army, followed by seven years of dedicated experience in administrative roles.
