The project involved are:o GTF C-Series and E190 for UTC Aerospace – customer based in United States (since 2017 to present)o B787 GE FAN COWL for UTC Aerospace – customer based in United State (since 2012 to 2016).o B787 RR FAN COWL for UTC Aerospace – customer based in United States (since 2012to 2013). Oversee and responsible to find a way to speed up the progress of part manufacturing(especially for FAI part) in order to meet a customer delivery plan. The project involvedare:o GTF C-Series and E190 – customer based in United States (since 2017 to present).o B787 GE FAN COWL – customer based in United States (since 2012 to 2016).o B787 RR FAN COWL – supplier based in United States (since 2012 to present).o Represent a Quality section to support the UTAS development program. Oversee FPQ programs activity (Technical and Quality) at CTRM. The project involved is:o GTF E190 for UTC Aerospace – customer based in United State (since 2017 ).o A350 FAN COWL for UTC Aerospace – customer based in United State (since 2016).Achievement: Achieve DPU from 5 to 0. Improve mechanical assembly process cycle time based on the spec. Improve QC inspection and data collection. Visual inspection Improvement for QC inspection criteria as per ASQR. Drive the production team for quality improvement on production floor. Eliminate waste, improving quality and productivity, and sustain continuous improvementfor the production.

 Quality Engineer duties to a group of Quality Control Technician and Inspectors inperforming quality functions. Coordinate all works and manpower in technical and analysis group to improve presentworking method. Check new trial part and draft the Quality Control Process Flow procedures before massproduction. Analyze customer claims and provide improvement plan base on technical analysisfindings. Responsible for developing the quality assurance system, ensuring and improving thequality of the company products. Setting up assessing and developing the quality systems, documentations and ensuringtest equipments are calibrated. Train and supervise the Quality Control technician. To define the requirements and specifications for new manufacturing process andpackages. Able to do troubleshooting and failure analysis for defects and reduce the cost of quality. Implement continuous quality improvement programmed. Perform internal audit whenever they are sign of quality issue forecast. Review, evaluate and establish the plan for implementing customers and vendors qualityrequirement.Achievement: Improvement inspection method on production line. Implement visual guideline for production inspection criteria. Implementation of product testing on quality inspection. Lead team to reduce cycle time and process improvement.
