Impactto is a collective startup builder and collaborative ecosystem to connect early-stage startups and corporations. Our singular goal is to democratize applied knowledge on building impactful digital products in Indonesia.As Marketing Communication Officer, my responsibilities are:- Ensuring effective communication strategies,- Maintaining diverse marketing channels for Impactto,- Addressing various needs that intersect with communication, whether for internal communication or program-specific requirements,- Collaborating with various stakeholders within the company or with third parties, from conception to the design and delivery of various marketing communication materials.

Impactto is an Indonesian-based startup builder focused on helping startups achieve Product-Market Fit. Aside from our internal programs, we also conduct external collaboration with various stakeholders to pursue a better digital ecosystem in Indonesia. In 2022, we launched HUB ID Summit 2022 with the Ministry of Communication and Informatics, an event where we invite 80 Indonesian tech startups and 80 venture capital partners to connect and hopefully, create mutual impacts to both parties. As startup relation officer, my responsibilities are:- Invite potential startups to apply for curation process,- Communicate every information that startup must know from pre-event until post-event,- Collecting necessary informations that curation teams needs to ensure the quality of selection process,- Collect and create the compendium as guidance for venture capital partners to connect with the startups. We achieve create more than 50 startups compendium in span of 14 days,- Ensure that every startup understands and supports troubleshooting regarding the Jublia platform (for onsite matchmaking process),- Supporting Project Manager for documents of the projects, to be recorded and kept to be compiled as reports.

Endeavor Indonesia is an organization that focuses on developing entrepreneurs ecosystem in Indonesia. Focusing on building ecosystem for entrepreneurs Indonesia, Endeavor Indonesia helping all the startup and entrepreneurs to scaling up not only for the company but also for the society.In collaborations with UK - ID Tech Hub in collaboration, Endeavor Indonesia launched Nurture To Scale Programme, a growth programme for Indonesia's most promising high-impact startups.My responsibilities as Project Intern are:- Supports Organizing & Arranging the Nurture To Scale Programee,- Approach, coordinating and communicating with the participants of the program, consult to ESG teams, - Support technical mentoring Workshops & Group Discussion ,- Supporting Program Officer for documents of the projects, to be record and keep (activities and finance) to be compile as reports,- Supporting the communication of the team project with all stakeholders (Participants, Mentors, Vendor).

CO&CO presents as a hub for working, connecting, share knowledge, networks and collaboration opportunities for positive socio-economic impact for the community. I achieved and responsible for:1. Planning, execute and maintain digital content and promotion in CO&CO’s social media.2. Responsible of every program that held in CO&CO whether it is internal or external event.3. Successfully creating an online activation during the pandemic condition (#WellFromHome) and creating production’s standard for further similar activation. 4. Responsible to create creative brief and copy writing; communicate with Creative Design team.

As co-founder, I am maintaining the satisfaction of customers and also giving clear and concise direction that successfully applied on our various projects.

SPASIAL is a open public space in Bandung that brings the opportunity for the communities to held events such as music, screening, discussion, etc. Event Officer focus to facilitate and supervise technical needs in every events that held in SPASIAL. Also, I was nominated as Project Manager for several programs in there.Responsibilities:· Focus to facilitate and supervise technical needs in every events that held in SPASIAL,· Handle various troubleshooting especially in D-day events,· Make sure every events works well and on time,· Handle responsibility as Project Manager for various events and activations in SPASIAL.

Kaldera is a local fashion brand that focus in making outerwear apparels such as parka and bucket hat. The role of digital marketing is coordinates with entire marketing team to concept and execute various contents that will use to boost the brand awareness and engage selling.
