• Optimizing the advertiser account with creative content suggestions• Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.• Provides prompt and efficient service to Customers and Account Managers including the appropriate escalation of Customer’s issues.• Liaise with other departments and teams as required to resolve customer issues and questions.

• Creating and curating content for Google Ads, primarily focusing on Search Network• Analyzing the quality of the content published as per client requirement and statistical parameters• Active communication with Account Managers, team members and advertisers• Working closely with Ads Implementation & Optimization team for better handling of advertiser accounts• Training and supporting pioneer batches with product information and providing on-floor support alsocomes under routine-tasks• Creating efficient & problem-solving strategies of working with help of simple applications like, MicrosoftExcel, Google Data-Studio, Ads Editor etc
