Responsibilities:• Maintain and repair all IT inventory within the Server Data Center and office IT environments.• Troubleshoot and resolve all IT-related operational issues within the company.• Configure and maintain internet networks in the Office and Data Center (Mikrotik, Juniper, Cisco & Fortigate), including routing, switching, tunneling. (TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, VoIP & BGP)• Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure.• Coordinate with Internet Service Providers/Upstream regarding internet connectivity issues.• Install and configure Windows & Linux servers ( Web, Game, CDN, NAS, Zabbix, MRTG and application servers) to support company operations.• Install, configure, and manage cloud servers (CDN & Hyper-V).• Install SSL certificates on all web servers.• Maintain and patch game servers, addressing bugs and updating content.• Update MySQL servers & database to support game server system upgrades.• Install, build, and supervise the construction of internet networks for competitive esports events.• Oversee IT operations during esports events, ensuring smooth internet connectivity and hardware functionality (Point Blank National Championship & Point Blank International Championship).• Synchronize data on CDN servers.• Report copyright infringements to web hosting and server hosting providers regarding phishing sites and private servers.• Ensure the smooth operation of live streaming.• Procure IT-related equipment and supplies.
