Key Responsibilities:• Encourage a testing team to be adapt and fit to the task with an agile methodology.• Contribute the testing perspective to other project activities, such as integration planning• Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / deliver• Identify and manage risks and opportunities to testing schedule and resources• Ensure satisfactory and sufficient test coverage for test projects and releases in order to mitigate the test risks• Provide input into the development and continuous improvement of test standards and practices, in accordance with company testing standards and procedures.• Supervise Testing Analyst and review their test conditions/scenarios, test cases and test result• Report to Head of IT Test and Release Department.Key Achievements:• As a Lead on Testing Digitalization Project.• As a Representative of the Development Team along with the Product Owner in Digitalization Project for doing a socialization (Demo to the Agency, Sharing Knowledge, Sprint Review) to all the Business users• As a Representative from the Development Team to maintaining the Continuously Improvement on production support with ASN Help Desk Team.• As a Lead on Testing Phase that related to Utama (Non-Life) Projects.• As a part of the UAT support and coordinator with Business Analyst for Utama (Non-life) Projects.• As a part of the Camunda Migration for Workflow Life Project.• As a part of QA Checking for production support.• Develop and continues improvement of IT Test Management in PT. Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia.• Using JIRA as Task/Defect Management Lifecycle • As a part of Testing phase project related with improvement on Data Warehouse and Database Migration.• As a system owner and active on Implementation of Mercury Quality Center (MQC).• Other business improvement projects and Business as Usual (BAU).
