• Identify the bid requirements and confer with team for additional technical resources required to support the complexity of each bid.• Lead the engineering application team to provide detailed written quotations with emphasis given to the following tasks and in accordance with company’s quality procedure.• Review and approve generated material lists by the Application Engineer for all quotation line items which are to be supported by sub-supplier quotations where possible.• Review and approve detailed proposal schedules, timelines, plans, milestones and outlines. • Manage the tender submission life cycle. Monitor documents to ensure accuracy prior to submittal.• Liaise with commercial/legal team to minimise company exposure and risk on bids.• Attend bid clarification meetings, both domestically and internationally, as required.• Collaborate with Top Management and sales teams throughout proposal duration, from opportunity identification and development of proposal strategy to proposal debrief.• Involvement in continuous improvements to best practices and processes in line with the commercial team and company requirements.

• Provide technical, administrative, and planning support for delivery of projects, enabling the successful initiation, management and closure of projects• Manage projects from concept/design stage through to manufacture, assembly and test. • Responsible for recording and monitoring costs, agreeing and implementing variations in scope of design/services and for monitoring third part costs. • Supply documentation as required by customer specification and recognized standards.• Interface with customers providing clear interpretation of their requirements from the project onset with the generation of a good working relationship which incorporates the safe working operational culture.

- Working together with workshop team on panel/skid assembly- Communicate intensely with engineering team on design specification- Perform the calibration/setting of instruments such as relief valve, pressure switch, pressure sensor, pressure transmitter, level transmitter and pressure gauge. - Work with commissioning team to perform Factory Acceptance Test and punch list closing.- Perform flushing on reservoir & tubing line prior and after testing.
