• Make reports and minutes of >5 litigation and non-litigation case files every 2 months.• Coordinate the preparation of program plans, evaluation, and reporting activities to ensure 90% of activities are carried out every month.• Perform administrative, clerical, archival, and documentation activities every month to ensure 95% of files are properly archived every month.

• Conduct legal consultation and assistance activities >5 monthly with advocates in case settlement.• Make >5 analyses and prepare case documents required for litigation and non-litigation cases.• Serve as a community consultant at the Legal Aid at Bantul Religious Court, Yogyakarta State Administrative Court, and Yogyakarta City Detention Center every month.• Conduct legal counseling activities to the community in >3 partner villages.

• Carry out administrative affairs including correspondence, documentation, maintenance of office facilities, and archives.• Conduct recapitulation tasks for the attendance of office employees in the last two months.• Assist finance staff in recapitulating office financial reports for the past month.
