Onsite Service Engineer
Current• Working on new project installation equipment, programming, and commissioning.• Analysis problem using QC 7 Tools, and Fault Tree Analysis.• Check and repair tool broken.• Create Service report that contain about phenomenon problem, Result analysis root cause the problem, countermeasure corrective action and preventive action.• Create activity plan and execute Preventive Maintenance and calibration equipment.• Controlling KPI (Controlling due date Preventive Maintenance and Calibration, Tool Hour Breakdown, countermeasure), and meeting to customer.• Virtual meeting with service center global about warranty claim and troubleshooting unresolved.
