I am an effective & successful development practitioner with specialist knowledge of DRR, M&E, WATSAN, LIVELIHOOD and initiating training sessions in accelerated learning, skills trainings, management trainings and human rights, which has enabled me to understand and perform my job more efficiently and effectively to achieve the organizational goals/objectives. I have worked for the different INGO’s & National NGOs like PRCS,DANISH RED CROSS, MERCY COORP, Tere des HOMS, HAASHAR Association which focuses to relieve poverty of families. While working in development sector I was responsible for overall coordination of the activities and interventions in the field as well as office which included planning, Monitoring, implementation, staff hiring, management and budgeting. Also possess the Professional Degree in Development Studies that enabled me to understand the comprehensive development framework for sustainable development and how to deal with the community and counterpart organizations, how to prioritize tasks, and have instilled in me the need to remain flexible. All that made me highly organized in order to meet tight deadlines while performing my job.
