•Plan and design data collection methods for project, and determine the types and sizes of sample groups to be used, also use statistical methods and procedures to obtain data in order to ensure validity, applicability, efficiency, and accuracy.•Analyze qualitative and quantitative program related data and prepare reports as per requirements and submit to Manager RM&E. •Monitor the implementation of detailed implementation plan as per agreed timelines, issue early warnings where required.•Plan and review activities of project against agreed detailed implementation plan;•Monitor ongoing performance against approved project’s LFA at field level, including the agreed process of the activities, also suggest/recommend changes for timely decision making;•Ensure gender mainstreaming, and gender dis-aggregated data in all projects;•Develop and maintain profiling of the working area, project beneficiaries in disaggregation against each activity.•Prepare and execute monitoring plan of the project ensuring proportionate coverage of each activity.•Assist field staff in highlighting and developing case studies on standard format.•Validate the activities of field staff through in house database developed at the beginning of the project.•Any other duty assigned by the supervisor to fulfill organizations’ objectives.

Develop detailed implementation plan for the project reflecting required tasks, timeframe for implementation, financial requirements and task assignments.Coordination with social mobilization team and providing program orientation at community levelGuide and promote professional development of the staff through in service training and training courses for updating and up-grading the technical skills of project staff.Develop and establish better linkages and collaboration with INGOs/NGOs, Government departments and other stakeholders in the province to get useful information for improved program implementation. Participation in relevant meetings, forums, activities that will create awareness about the project. With the approval of operation Manager CBPU, represent WV Pakistan and its DRR-Livelihood Programme at professional meetings, workshops and conferences that are deemed useful to WVP.Actively participate in the preparation and conduct of monitoring and evaluation activities and needs assessment surveys within the implementation areas.Document and submit timely financial reports, field reports, periodic progress reports on project activities to immediate supervisor following required reporting guidelines approved by WVPUnderstand and incorporate child protection policy into all sectors of workClose coordination with finance, procurement and administration to ensured smooth and timely payment of the vendor/shops to be the part of DRR-Livelihood program

Under the direct supervision of Manager M&E I am responsible for the following assignments:· Facilitate the creation of project results frameworks, M&E and analysis plans, detailed implementation plans for M&E activities and monitor progress and ensure compliance with objectives.· Development of case studies, success stories and assist with report writing and editing as needed.· Maintain regular communication with all sub-offices from Islamabad-Country office with the support of Manager M&E who oversees M&E throughout the country program. · Train and build staff and partner capacity on accountability to beneficiaries.· Ensure that accountability is incorporated into regular M&E activities, such as assessment, design, monitoring and evaluation and other learning activities such as regular reflection sessions. · Field test M & E tools with partner staff and modify as necessary with close coordination of Senior Program Coordinator and Manager MConduct regular M & E visit to field, collect data with the help of partners and assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly report to donors· Develop and ensure maintenance of information tracking systems (tracking sheets or databases) for indicators
