I have worked in various multinational companies over the past years.I'm currently working in British Airways. Started my job as Ticketing & Reservation officer after couple of months got promoted as Commercial Support Executive and also supervisor the reservation. My responsibilities are to handle all the agents with their issues and queries also do meeting with the agents to guide them the polices and process of doing things in which the agents are having issue which helps promoting the sales of BA. Handling all the corporate, SMA & Drop net agents meanwhile also supervise the ticketing to insure every thing is handled and covered under the policy of BA.Started my professional life by joining PTC (Pakistan Tobacco Company) as a Brand Ambassador with a working experience of 2 years. In PTC my responsibilities were to gain market intel and promoting the company products in the market. Having meetings with the top sellers and providing them with the information of products and benefits.Worked at CureMD which is a US base company as an Assistant Account Management Executive with a working experience of 1.4 Year's. In CureMD i had started as resource in the EOB team and got the rank of Team Lead Backup my job was to handle and maintain the top clients of the company, after 6 months got promoted as project lead of the new client PRINE Health based on the performance.Worked at Maxxis Recruitment which is a UK base company i was handling Business to Business in the sale's team. My work responsibilities was to have meetings with the Nursing Home, Care Home & Private Hospitals managers to seek information regarding job vacancy and to finalize the agreement of working with the company. After it gain all information regarding the requirements and benefits provided by the home and pass on the details to the Resources team to find the suitable candidate for the said post and arrange interview with the manager.
