I have worked in various multinational companies over the past years.I'm currently working in British Airways. Started my job as Ticketing & Reservation officer after couple of months got promoted as Commercial Support Executive and also supervisor the reservation. My responsibilities are to handle all the agents with their issues and queries also do meeting with the agents to guide them the polices and process of doing things in which the agents are having issue which helps promoting the sales of BA. My work responsibilities was to have meetings with the Nursing Home, Care Home & Private Hospitals managers to seek information regarding job vacancy and to finalize the agreement of working with the company. After it gain all information regarding the requirements and benefits provided by the home and pass on the details to the Resources team to find the suitable candidate for the said post and arrange interview with the manager.
