Over the past 25 years, as an ecologist, I have been fortunate to study the ecological functioning in its almost every aspect. Being a member of some of species survival commissions for couple of decades, I am intensively involved in development of conservation strategies working with various national international boards, committees, and tasks forces. Influenced to fill the gaps in laws for protection of wildlife. In Pakistan as co-founder and executive director of Bioresource Research Centre for over 20 years, I have pioneered several conservation initiatives in the region. As head of Institute of Natural and Management Sciences, I am developing groups of scholars to address biodiversity research and policy development across the country. Bioresource Research Centre bears the confidence of national and international departments and organization as leader for guidance and support and wishes to explore hidden aspects of biodiversity to strengthen of its conservation. I hope my experience in the region and my global perspective on biological conservation issues can help in making human life easier by resolving the issues of safeguarding its niche and ensuring co-existence in nature.
