Over all operation Manager of Warehouse & Fuel PumpsTo assist general manager Stores respect of all store matters.Liaison with procurement department for receiving of consignments from supplier as per purchase requisitions/purchase orders.Manning of warehouse staff to ensure timely loading/un-loading of supplier’s vehicles.To ensure proper stocking and handling of items avoid any loss/damage and also ensure safety of man and material.Playing key role for updation of system/procedures, reporting & effective use of software(IMS, FMS &Mess )Assist to GM stores for selecting, orientation and training of EmployeesResponsible of internal & external auditTo accomplish any task assigned by GM stores.Responsible for proper receipt, issue and accounting of fuel to all Phase of BTK in accordance to SOP.Demanding, accounting and stocktaking of Fuel management System (FMS).Ensure to keep operational all fuel Bowzers and dispensers.Proper monitoring of fuel limits / entitlement of named vehicles, machineries, Gensets and Power Houses.Demanding, accounting and stocktaking of ration stores.Accounting and GRN of all material including Sweet Water, plants Bitumen, Bricks which are directly delivered at their respective sites/department on daily basis.Responsible for all reports to GM Stores as per SOP or as and when required basis

Supervise the delivery of materials and supplies to all district facilities upon schedule and /or request. Make emergency deliveries if needed.Insure accuracy of completed request form.Plan & direct the inventory and stock control programs for Materials.Maintain the inventory of supplies coordinate the replacement and ordering of such.Complete low stock report forms.Work closely with the production to recommend quantities of supplies for purchase, and exercise budgetary control over warehouse operations.Develop procedures and recommend estimates for an orderly replacement of exiting materials as it expires or deteriorates.Keeping a stock control system up-to-date and planning future capacity requirements.Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.Supervise processing of all receiving reports on all shipments received through the warehouse.Supervise the cleaning of the warehouse including waste disposal of packaging materials.
